Values PDF Print E-mail

Our commitment is to instil in students of all stages the values and courtesy rules which will distinguish them in the future.

Values will be presented in an attractive and positive format, which helps to practice the skills learnt, guaranteeing coherence between contents and conducts. All students in our school, according to their different ages, will take part in this common project.
To reinforce this educational task, family cooperation is fundamental, to motivate and strengthen the same attitudes.

Code of Conduct
Pupils attending The Lady Elizabeth School have the right to expect a well-ordered environment in which all individuals accept their obligation to honour the Code of Conduct.
School is a place you come to work. All pupils should make sure they do their best and do not prevent others from learning.
Listen to teachers and other pupils.
Treat one another with politeness, courtesy and respect. Aim to be friendly and helpful.
Take care of your school and the people in it. Do not drop litter or damage the school in any way.
Adopt a sensible and mature approach to life in school and be aware of your own safety and that of others at all times.
Walk within the building and keep to the left.
Wear the school uniform in an appropriate manner.
Organise yourself and ensure you take all the necessary equipment to each lesson.
Respect your school books and all other materials provided by the school.
Be proud of yourself and of the school. Behave in a manner that is in keeping with the high standards that exist at The Lady Elizabeth School.

As a family we will try to:

Ensure that our child attends school regularly, on time and contact the school to explain any absences.
Keep the school informed of any changes in circumstances that may have an effect on our child in school.
Foster a close relationship with our child's teachers and attend Parents' evenings where appropriate.

Ensure that there is good communication between home and school.

As a pupil I will try to:
Remember the Code of Conduct at all times.
Treat others as I would want them to treat me.
Attend school regularly and on time.
Do my homework and submit it on time.
